Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and overhead analyses.
- Maintain reporting timelines and ensure timely delivery of obligations.
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and reporting enhancements.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Familiarity with REALpac
- Knowledge of ASPE framework
- Experience with Yardi, CaseWare
- investigate and resolve discrepancies where required.
- CPA or legacy designation with a university degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in public practice or a complex consolidation environment.
- Advanced Excel and strong systems proficiency
- experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
- Experience with financial analysis, management reporting, and audit readiness.
- Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and review invoices; investigate and resolve discrepancies where required.

- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports for standalone and consolidated entities.
