Responsibilities

  • Job Overview The Project Manager leads the successful delivery of electrical projects within AMCON.
  • Duties and Responsibilities Leadership, Management, and Accountability Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with superintendents, field teams, and clients throughout all project phases.
  • Financial Management Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems to achieve financial targets.
  • Develop change orders, billings, and cost-to-complete projections to maintain profitability.
  • Document Control Responsible for all project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change management logs are accurate and current.
  • Support project coordination with design teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Schedule Management Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules with internal teams and clients.
  • Problem Identification and Resolution Anticipate potential project issues and implement corrective actions swiftly.
