About the role

As an Associate Attorney at Windsor Troy, you will have the opportunity to focus on case strategy and professional development, instead of time-consuming tasks that most firms give their newer lawyers.
The right candidate will have experience taking, defending and preparing for depositions and will have an interest in attending court hearings and mediations.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of various types of personal injury matters in litigation
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including filing complaints
Direct and support investigation on all assigned litigation matters

Requirements

1-4 years of Personal Injury Law Experience
Juris Doctor degree and current good standing with TX State bar is required.
Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, including pre-litigation case management and discovery

Nice to have

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Workers Compensation experience is a plus
