About the role

The Senior Tax Manager oversees all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and accounting within the organization.
They are responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with tax laws and regulations, and implementing strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maximizing financial efficiency.
This role will be an integral part of a small team with the goal of leading client engagements and delivering excellent service to our valued clients.

Work directly with sophisticated high net worth and UHNW clients, using superior communication and relationship-building skills
Mentor and develop team members through training, delegation, and leadership support
Proactive, self-motivated, well organized, and possess the ability to manage work effectively with others while managing client relationships

Bachelor's degree in accounting
At least 7+ years of experience in a CPA firm
Experience with tax preparation and accounting
Ability to professionally engage with high net worth clients, verbally and in writing
Proficiency working with MS Office and tax software
Experience in public accounting strongly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Experience with compiled and reviewed financial statements
Experience with Click Up, CCH/Engagement, and QuickBooks

This position is preferred as an in-office role, reporting to our Tucson, AZ office 5 days per week.
