About the role

We're looking for a front-end leaning full-stack engineer to ship features end-to-end across our Next.js and tRPC stack.
This is a greenfield product - no legacy migrations, no tech debt to fight.
A central deliverable of this role is making the app beautiful and fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Responsibilities

You'll work directly alongside the founders and our design engineer in London to shape product architecture from day one.
We started by building AI software for lawyers, but quickly realized that even better tools couldn't overcome the misaligned incentives of the billable-hour model.
At the core is Moritz, our SaaS platform for legal case management that powers swift document reviews, intelligent drafting, and effortless legal research.

Compensation

$150k-$200k
