About the role
- SUMMARY: Night Shift The maintenance mechanic is responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting any mechanical issues related to the machinery throughout the facility.
- Provide preventive maintenance to insure all equipment is maintained and documented.
- OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.

- Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
Requirements
- Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required
Skills
- Inspect machines and equipment for potential issues, and address them proactively.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures.
- Use various tools and instruments to assess and repair complex systems.
- Installation and Setup
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery.
- Ensure that newly installed equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety standards.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Report any unusual occurrences, unsafe conditions, or needed repairs to supervisors or management.
- Work with other maintenance technicians, operators, and engineering staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Assist with calibration and adjustment of machines to ensure consistent product quality.
