Responsibilities
- Define, analyze and maintain end-to-end workflows (i.e. workflow measurements and insights, tumor specific workflows, emerging trends, existing treatments) that can scale across multiple sites and geographies.
- Maintain cross portfolio alignment and knowledge in breadth and depth in order to strengthen the value propositions of the Elekta portfolio.
- Contribute to the collection, review and analysis of customer feedback, complaints to drive product improvements.
- Pro-actively disseminate clinical knowledge across Elekta to increase clinical awareness. Support complex or specialized projects, products or solutions.
- Owns internal reports, such as workflows, exploratory testing reports & customer feedback.
- Ability to use subject matter expertise and knowledge to collaborate and influence across functions.
- Persistent and persuasive behavior to own and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, and a Masters is preferred
