About the role
- The Marketing and Communications Director provides strategic leadership for the Voiland College of Engineering and Architecture's marketing and communications efforts.
Responsibilities
- In this position, you will lead the College's marketing and communications team in planning, developing, and implementing integrated branding, marketing, and communications strategies that deliver clear, consistent, and impactful messaging to internal and external audiences.
- As the Director, you will collaborate closely with College leadership to develop and execute communications plans that educate, inform, and engage students, faculty, staff, alumni, industry partners, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Working in partnership with administrators, faculty, staff, students, professional organizations, community and business leaders, and Washington State University Communications, you will advance the College's reputation, strengthens its brand, and supports its strategic priorities through innovative and effective marketing and communications programs.

Compensation
- In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
