ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
They are experts of operations, process and efficiency.

Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety.
Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift.
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including but not limited to Drive-Ups, carryout, etc.

This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.

Complete all required training requirements and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products.

Interpret instructions, reports and information.
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
Climb up and down ladders if needed.
