About the role

  • Free skiing + riding privileges at Sugarbush and across the family of Alterra Mountain Company resorts for all eligible employees and their dependents.
  • Discounted rates at non-Alterra-owned Ikon Pass destinations.

Responsibilities

  • Providing project support assistance through distributing, installing, and configuring IT related equipment.
  • Working with and providing support for peripherals, computers, RFID gates, Wi-Fi systems, network switches, and software support via calls and our ticketing for the resorts user's.
  • Working with and providing operations support of conference room AV tech, resort audio systems, webcams, security & operational cameras, network PA system, digital signage and accompanying media devices, projectors, video wall, TV's, TV streaming devices and cable boxes.

Requirements

  • A proven background supporting IT technologies in conjunction with a foundational understanding of network concepts, a minimum of 3 years experience, and preferably IT related certifications.

Skills

  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting IT related systems.
  • A foundational understanding of networking and WIFI technologies.
  • Understanding of the operation and configuration principles of computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Experience using Microsoft office and collaboration applications such as Teams.
  • Experience thinking through and solving technology issues.
  • A strong awareness of cyber security challenges and best practices.

Compensation

  • This position is full-time year-round with a salary range of $55,000-$60,000 per year depending on experience.
