About the role

Free skiing + riding privileges at Sugarbush and across the family of Alterra Mountain Company resorts for all eligible employees and their dependents.
Discounted rates at non-Alterra-owned Ikon Pass destinations.
Discounted golf and health & recreation center membership for eligible employees and their dependents.

Providing project support assistance through distributing, installing, and configuring IT related equipment.
Working with and providing support for peripherals, computers, RFID gates, Wi-Fi systems, network switches, and software support via calls and our ticketing for the resorts user's.
Working with and providing operations support of conference room AV tech, resort audio systems, webcams, security & operational cameras, network PA system, digital signage and accompanying media devices, projectors, video wall, TV's, TV streaming devices and cable boxes.

A proven background supporting IT technologies in conjunction with a foundational understanding of network concepts, a minimum of 3 years experience, and preferably IT related certifications.

Experience supporting and troubleshooting IT related systems.
A foundational understanding of networking and WIFI technologies.
Understanding of the operation and configuration principles of computer hardware and peripherals.
Experience using Microsoft office and collaboration applications such as Teams.
Experience thinking through and solving technology issues.
A strong awareness of cyber security challenges and best practices.

This position is full-time year-round with a salary range of $55,000-$60,000 per year depending on experience.
