Responsibilities

  • As an Electromechanical Engineer, you will provide technical support for Qualitrol's manufacturing operations by supporting production equipment, automation systems, and continuous improvement initiatives that ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
  • Working collaboratively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations, you will support projects that improve equipment performance, optimize manufacturing processes, support new product introductions, and implement engineering solutions that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency across the facility.
  • Design, develop, and implement improvements to manufacturing processes, machinery, tooling, and production equipment.
  • Support capital equipment projects, including specification development, vendor management, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing performance.
  • Develop and maintain equipment standards, technical documentation, preventive maintenance strategies, and engineering procedures.
  • Support automation and controls projects involving PLCs, sensors, motion control systems, robotics, and industrial networks.
  • Work with external suppliers, contractors, and equipment manufacturers to support facility and production improvements.
  • Support and collaborate with to engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel.
  • Your Impact As an Electromechanical Engineer, you will provide technical support for Qualitrol's manufacturing operations by supporting production equipment, automation systems, and continuous improvement initiatives that ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

Requirements

  • Here's Where You'll Demonstrate Your Proficiency Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts for complex manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
  • The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate the Following Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, industrial controls, motors, sensors, actuators, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Experience with PLC-based automation systems and manufacturing equipment troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation development.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 66900.00-124300.00
