About the role

- We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Assistant Senior to join our Health Services Center.
- Working under the guidance of our clinic supervisors and in close collaboration with our regional leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in our operational success.
Responsibilities
- Support daily clinic operations under the general direction of the Clinic Supervisors.
- Lead daily cash management activities for the clinic.
- Build Epic templates in accordance with Primary Care access management policy and guidelines; manage assigned clinic work queues.
- Manage clinic calendars and Google groups, as well as scheduling for staff and clinic leadership meetings.
- Collaborate with the clinic sustainability team and regional leadership team on clinic operations quality improvement initiatives; participate in leadership meetings relevant to the role.
- Serve as site safety chair and supports essential site safety functions.

Compensation
- $29.29 - $36.03 Hourly
