About the role
- This role reports to the Risk Mitigation Manager and works closely with Member Services.
- Review: Orders flagged by automated fraud prevention systems; investigate account details, verify information via phone/email, and confirm or cancel orders.
- Assist: Verify customer data and account history to prevent refund delays and mitigate fraud.
Responsibilities
- Support: Investigate, analyze, and resolve chargeback cases; gather documentation to dispute unsupported claims.

- Technical Proficiency: ERP: NetSuite or similar software.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ years in e-commerce fraud or risk management.
Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with prior GOVX experience must have proven performance in these areas.
Compensation
- $20k-$23k
