About the role

  • Powered by chemistry, our products are used in applications that make the products we rely on, processes, and new technologies possible.
  • Chemours is seeking a Finance Director to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team supporting the Advanced Performance Materials (APM) business.
  • This hybrid position will be available at the corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, and report directly to the Vice President FP&A.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field;
  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in financial management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Extensive experience with financial systems, databases, and business intelligence tools.

Nice to have

  • The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced certifications highly desirable.

Skills

  • Oversee the preparation of all segment financial reporting and forecasting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables

Compensation

  • $177,811.00 - $277,830.00
