About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload under attorney supervision.
- Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.
- Maintain litigation calendars, including court deadlines, discovery schedules, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial dates.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, treatment updates, and document collection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm environment
- Proficiency in legal software such as Litify, eCourts, and legal databases
- Excellent written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective time management abilities

Compensation
- The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors.
- Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
- $75,000 - $85,000 USD

- Coordinate with medical providers, experts, investigators, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
- Prepare medical chronologies, liability summaries, and damages analyses.
