About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 5 years of plaintiff personal injury law firm experience.
The ideal candidate must excel in time management, possess analytical abilities, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Manage a litigation caseload under attorney supervision.
Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.
Maintain litigation calendars, including court deadlines, discovery schedules, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial dates.
Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, treatment updates, and document collection.

Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm environment
Proficiency in legal software such as Litify, eCourts, and legal databases
Excellent written communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Effective time management abilities
Demonstrated team collaboration experience
Professional interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
Commitment to upholding ethical standards

Basic understanding of legal research methodologies

The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors.
Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
$75,000 - $85,000 USD

Review, organize, and summarize medical records, billing records, employment records, insurance documentation, and other case-related evidence.
Coordinate and schedule depositions, independent medical examinations (IMEs), expert reviews, mediations, and court appearances.
Coordinate with medical providers, experts, investigators, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
Prepare medical chronologies, liability summaries, and damages analyses.
