About the role

- The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- "Spike & Sustain" Flight Coordination: Establish and manage production schedules that align with a multi-layered campaign framework.
- Ensure the smooth transition from Perception Layers (ungated, awareness-focused thought-leadership assets running for 1-4 weeks) to Lead Gen Layers (gated, high-value asset downloads running for 6-8 weeks).
- Synthesize and consolidate disparate comments from cross-functional teams (Global, Local, Compliance) into actionable, non-conflicting revision requests for design and copy teams, minimizing back-and-forth cycles.
- Rigorous Timeline & Dependency Tracking: Build, maintain, and enforce clear project timelines and sprint schedules.
- Creative Trafficking & Technical QA: Manage asset delivery pipelines for a highly diversified creative matrix, including Static Ads, Carousels, Document Ads, Thought Leader Ads, and 30-60 second Video Sizzles.
- Meeting Facilitation & Execution: Run tight, efficient, and objective-driven syncs. Own the agenda, manage time blocks, drive alignment, and distribute clear, documented next steps with assigned owners within hours of meeting conclusion.
- Deck Maintenance & Executive Communications: Own the creation, formatting, and ongoing hygiene of campaign tracking decks, status slides, and operational frameworks.
- Backend Pipeline Support: Support the operational pipeline that ingests, cleans, and routes leads from native social forms into backend marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Global-to-Local Bridge: Act as the operational bridge between Global Marketing teams (who design core strategies and global assets) and Regional/Local Teams (who manage field-level execution, language localizations, and seller relationships).
- We celebrate diversity and are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve.
