Lead and manage a team of Wealth Advisors, providing coaching on sales techniques, business development, and client relationship strategies to maximize individual and team performance
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while cultivating strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders to support revenue growth
Actively participate in community and professional networks, positioning Frost as a trusted partner and expanding influence across the region
Are you ready to facilitate all the moving pieces to help deliver a top-quality investments experience?
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with strengths in business development and relationship management

You have a servant leadership mindset and passion for people and are not afraid to answer questions and provide guidance to staff, escalating issues as needed.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within financial services or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
