Requirements
- Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Oversee all aspects of store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, and cash handling
- Ensure excellent customer service by setting a positive example and maintaining high standards
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork efficiently
- Assist in marketing initiatives and work towards achieving profitability goals
- Operate all equipment and prepare products according to company standards
- Valid driver's license with 1-2 years of driving experience (depending on age)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
