About the role
- Health Guide Lead (Pod Navigator)
- This is a player-coach role.
- You'll lead two pods of roughly 10 Health Guides each-supporting them on the trickiest client situations, coaching performance, and setting the standard for excellent work.
Responsibilities
- → Serve as first-line support for Guide questions and complex client situations
- → Facilitate weekly pod touchpoints that build alignment and morale
- → Ownership: A chance to shape how we build and scale the Guide team
- Lead the people who help seniors live better at home.
