Requirements
- Ability to read and understand production paperwork and communicate with various departments and personnel to ensure all necessary workflow documentation and paperwork is completed
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Must be 18 years of age by date of hire.
- Stretching is required at the beginning of the shift and after each break to keep you safe, because we care about your well-being!
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to walk, stretch, bend, squat, push, pull, twist, and perform repetitive motions.
- Must be able to evacuate independently when the alarm sounds.
- Must be able to wear required PPE specific to the job assignment requirements, such as gloves, steel toed shoes, hearing protection, and eye protection.
Nice to have
- Prior woodworking, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not necessary
Compensation
- Starting pay rate is from $18.58/hour, with pay increases given at 3, 6, and 9 months and then annually thereafter!
