Responsibilities

Maintain a dynamic view of the investment pipeline, flexing resources in real time as priorities evolve.
Lead and continuously enhance the Investment Analyst Program to ensure it remains a premier early-career development platform.
Expand rotations, cross-functional projects, and market-facing experiences to build stronger business acumen and leadership capability.
Partner with investment leaders to develop and standardize analytical frameworks, tools, and best practices that support investment decision-making.
Support deal activity and strategic initiatives as needed from a regional or global perspective.
Recruit and hire top analyst talent, partnering with Talent Acquisition to build a high-performing pipeline and deepen relationships with leading universities and other early-talent incubators.
Building Blocks for Success

Nice to have

Experience leading analyst, associate, rotational, leadership development, or early-career programs in a corporate, consulting, financial services or real estate environment.
Experience in real estate, investment management, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or related industries.
Familiarity with financial modeling, underwriting, Excel, ARGUS, or other analytical and AI-enabled tools used in investment decision-making.
Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

Compensation

Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI (Long Term Incentives) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
