Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
  • Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process;
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources.
  • Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces.

Requirements

  • And having expertise in conducting them, such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests.
  • Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence;
