About the role
- Thriving Center of Psychology is hiring full-time, salaried Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PsyD or PhD) on a hybrid schedule, splitting the week between our Manhattan offices and remote work.
- We welcome both experienced practitioners and early-career psychologists.
- You must already hold an active, clear, independent New York license as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
Responsibilities
- Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation.
- Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.
- real colleagues, real consultation, and the support to do excellent clinical work without carrying the business of a practice on your own.

Requirements
- A doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD).
- Must be able to work a 40 hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week.
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman, and others).

- An active, clear, independent New York license as a Psychologist.
