- Complies with all financial, regulatory and legal guidelines associated with referral development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with 5 years of clinical management experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelor's degree requirement.
- Proficiency with PC systems and a strong working knowledge of:
- Valid driver's license with a clear driving record required.
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel and occasional weekend travel.
- Current licensure, registration, or certification required, if applicable to the candidate's degree or professional discipline.
- Clinical practice
- Healthcare referral development
- Physician recruiting
- Direct sales to adult and/or pediatric physicians
- CRM platforms
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Demonstrated self-motivation, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and consistent follow-through.
