About the role
- Hera Technologies, LLC (the "Company") is seeking a highly motivated CNC Router Machinist/Operator to join its team working in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for producing machined parts by setting up and operating CNC routers, maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping accurate records, maintaining equipment and other duties as assigned.

- Perform cross-functional operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in related area.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Knowledge of a variety of cutting tools.
- Ability to work with shop math.
- Ability to use standard measuring tools (i.e. micrometers, calipers).
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
- Experience with machining of metallics, composites, and plastics.
- Experience with Multicam CNC Routers.
- Experience with EnRoute CAD/CAM Software.
Skills
- Locates the appropriate tool holders, tools, and fixtures and loads them into the machine.
- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Compensation
- $21 to $30 USD per hour Reports to: Lead of CNC Router and Laser Department Location: 100% onsite at 350 Imperial Blvd.
- Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
