About the role

In this role, you will ensure our most important asset - our people - are paid accurately and on time, while managing the perks that make their lives better.
You will also act as a key technical contributor for testing any new workflow in our systems (HRIS tool: Hibob and our internal Pigment App).

Compliance & Reporting: Maintain precise payroll records and generate reports for the finance team to assist with budget forecasting.

Minimum 3 years in USA & Canada payroll
You are rigorous, and have good attention to detail.
You have strong prioritization skills & solution-oriented mindset.
You have strong analytical skills and a "test-and-learn" mindset for HR software.
Proven agility and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-growing and international environment.
Experience with international payroll is a major asset
