Responsibilities
- Extreme ownership. Full autonomy. Own things end to end often taking on scope outside your core role without being asked to get things done.
- Velocity. We drive everything forward as fast as possible.
- You'll build internal infrastructure with real engineering rigor and keep it ahead of a company growing 10x.
- You'll own architecture problems usually reserved for product infrastructure, on the inside.
- Give every employee the speed it takes to reach 10s to 100s of GWs. The faster the company's people move, the faster we get there. You'll own the internal systems and support that keep a 10x workforce unblocked.
- Support the MDM fleet across macOS, iOS, and Windows, and troubleshoot in-office network and A/V systems.
- Build simple, reliable automations that cut manual work, and write clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Own onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors, and support access reviews and basic identity security.
Nice to have
- No-code/low-code automation (Okta Workflows, n8n, Zapier, Workato).
- Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS exposure.
- AI tools, agents, and MCPs (Fluidstack standardizes on Claude).
- HRIS integrations (Deel, Rippling, Workday).
- API and webhook fluency.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is £60,000 - £95,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
