About the role
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the SLP evaluates, develops, and oversees individualized speech and language treatment plans.

Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with and train parents/caregivers to support treatment goals
- Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, interdisciplinary care
- We deliver personalized, evidence-based services for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Our multidisciplinary team-including BCBAs, Case Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and SLPs-collaborates closely with families to create treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, blending principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with speech and language best practices.

- You'll work collaboratively with BCBAs and clinical team members while providing high-quality, data-driven therapy to support communication, social language, and functional skills.
Requirements
- Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
Nice to have
- Experience working with children with ASD
- familiarity with ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment environments
- Preferred: Experience working with children with ASD
Compensation
- $40-70 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Full-time or Part-time Monday to Friday Flexible Schedule #BCBAMI
