Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up on new and closing account transfers to and from other institutions to maintain constant and clear communications
- Maintain a database of client mailing information to assist in disbursements of correspondence, such as invitations, newsletters, etc.
- Organize and maintain proper inventory of office supplies and wealth management literature
- Help maintain client relationships
Requirements
- You have the ability to prioritize projects, resolve problems, and pay attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications

- Have an active FINRA in Series 7 and Series 63 and 65 or 66 or ability to obtain within 90 days
