About the role

  • The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the overall efficiency, accuracy, and organization of all warehouse activities, including inventory receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
  • This role is critical in ensuring a seamless flow of materials between vendors, the warehouse, and the production/shipping departments, directly impacting timely order completion.
  • Hours are 6:30am to 3:00pm Monday - Friday with potential for Overtime

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Support & Accuracy
  • Support daily and weekly cycle counts to help maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas to support efficient workflows.
  • Support coordination between Warehouse, Production, and Shipping teams to prevent delays due to material availability or handling issues.
  • Process Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in end-of-month and end-of-year physical inventory counts as directed.

Skills

  • Accurately record inventory movements in the Monday Board and related tracking tools.
  • Assist with the implementation of new tools or processes (e.g., barcoding, improved labeling, layout changes).
