About the role

  • The Operations Manager plays a vital leadership role in overseeing yard and facility operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and executing company processes in alignment with Copart standards.
  • Ensure daily operations meet or exceed company standards and customer expectations.
  • Oversee cash handling, including daily bank deposits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, train, and support staff to meet performance and service goals.
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and payroll processes.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance documentation.

Skills

Compensation

  • Pay $59,752 - $67,269 annually
