About the role

- We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our Dallas team and keep our operations running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues: Use advanced PLC knowledge, electrical schematics, diagnostic tools (multimeters, test meters), and VFD programming to quickly identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system problems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair equipment: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, valves, motors, conveyors, mixers, filling lines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and related production equipment.
- Support production efficiency: Partner with production teams to minimize downtime, schedule repairs strategically, and ensure equipment is available when needed.
- Keep records and share knowledge: Document all work in the CMMS system, report irregularities, maintain parts inventory, and transfer knowledge through training and coaching.

Requirements
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to read and work from electrical schematics and diagrams.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED required
- technical certifications preferred.
