Requirements

  • Must be well-rounded, driven candidates who possess excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
  • To be considered for this program, candidates should be pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in a math, economics, finance, and/or science related field.
  • Working on challenging projects with full-time actuaries conveys the sense that you have an important role within your department already.
  • However, this is only the beginning of what you can experience at The Hartford.
  • Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role.

Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees.
