About the role
- A significant part of this role involves transforming spreadsheet-based processes and manual workflows into scalable applications and automated systems.
- This is a high-impact opportunity for an engineer who enjoys owning projects from concept through production and wants to see their work directly influence how a growing venture capital platform operates.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal and investor-facing applications
- Develop systems that automate financial, operational, and reporting workflows
- Build and maintain integrations between internal and third-party systems
- Develop APIs and services that support critical business operations
- Partner directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions
- Participate in application architecture and technical design decisions
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining production applications
- Experience developing applications using Javascript/Node.js, Python, or both
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Experience in financial services, fintech, accounting, investment management, or related industries
- Experience integrating with ERP, accounting, or financial systems
- Experience with NetSuite APIs and integrations

Compensation
- Compensation includes a starting base salary of $140,000 plus equity and corporate bonus
