About the role
- This role is based in our Chicago offic e with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
- The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.
Responsibilities
- The Global Field Readiness team at Asana is building the foundation for how our revenue organization learns, grows, and performs.
- This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role-you won't manage a team, but you will influence hundreds of people across the globe.
- Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
- Build lightweight feedback mechanisms (pulse surveys, cohort check-ins, stakeholder interviews) and partner with People Analytics and Sales Operations to connect development program data to business performance data.
- Run manager community programs (forums, peer coaching circles, brown bags) that build connection and shared practices across the global sales management community.

- Demonstrated success designing management development or leadership programs at scale, ideally in a global SaaS or technology company.
- A systems thinker who can hold the big picture (what does a world-class sales management bench look like?) while executing the programmatic details.
- A data-informed approach with experience working cross-functionally with HR, People Analytics, and senior business leaders.
