About the role
- This role is HYBRID and requires in office presence three days per week.
- Grow the Software Engineering organization by empowering the engineers and managers and pushing down ownership and accountability

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a web-based application/service environment
- 5+ years of experience with the Agile/Scrum development methodology
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience with object-oriented design and SOA based principles
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management tools for source control, continuous integration and deployment, and various areas of testing (unit, integration, load, performance, and vulnerability).
- Experience with leading engineers
