About the role
- Beacon ABA Services is a private group practice of behavior analysts and behavioral therapists organized to provide intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- You might not know much about ABA yet - but the families we serve know exactly what it means to watch their child say their first word, make a friend, or brush their teeth independently.
- Beacon ABA Services has spent over 26 years working alongside families, Early Intervention programs, and school systems across Massachusetts to help young children with ASD reach their fullest potential.
Responsibilities
- Beacon will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of the job, unless doing so would cause undue hardship.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
- Associate's Degree in a related field with 300+ hours of experience with children accepted
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- required for immediate promotional consideration
- Prior experience working with young children is preferred
- all levels considered.

Compensation
- Starting between $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on education and experience
- The hourly range above reflects the typical hiring range for this position.
