About the role

  • The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility and production equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.
  • This role involves hands-on electrical, mechanical, and computer-related work, as well as coordination with vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain motors, belts, chains, bearings, and drives
  • Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
  • Support continuous improvement on the production floor

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in facilities or industrial maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Standing, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout the shift.
