About the role
- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility and production equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.
- This role involves hands-on electrical, mechanical, and computer-related work, as well as coordination with vendors and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain motors, belts, chains, bearings, and drives
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Support continuous improvement on the production floor
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in facilities or industrial maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
- Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout the shift.
