About the role

Join Hamilton Lane as a Senior Associate on our Private Markets fintech product management team.
We are focused on using innovation to change the private markets.
You will have a passion for problem solving and will be focused on client and investment team business goals.

Support product managers by translating business goals and user feedback into thoughtful product design.
Investigate build, partner, buy methods to solve problem; develop and run POCs with available AI applications or software.
Document current and future state with diagrams, functional requirements, user stories.
Champion of user or human centered design
Developing Your Career

6+ years of experience in a private markets product management, portfolio management, or client relationship role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-spirited environment with a strong attention to detail and little guidance.
Familiarity with typical product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Pendo
