About the role
- Provides guidance for the day-to-day operations and decisions of Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Customer Service Responsibilities Demonstrate excellent customer service and standards of behaviors as well as encourages, coaches, and monitors the same in team members.
- This individual should consistently promote teamwork and direct communication with co-workers and deal discretely and sensitively with confidential information.

Requirements
- Provides mentorship, guidance, and subject matter expertise to Talent Acquisition team members and serves as a resource for recruitment best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related area.
- Requires excellent skills in influence, negotiation, collaboration, and handling difficult conversations required.
- Skilled with competency and behavior-based interview and assessment required.
- Experience in developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes required.
- Some air travel required to attend job fairs and conferences.
Nice to have
- At least 5 years recruiting and/or human resources experience preferred.
