Requirements
- Intelligent, energetic and goal-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and exercise sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills, close attention to detail and the ability to keep thorough and precise records
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency
- J.D. degree required
- Experience with data licensing, AI/data governance, and securities regulation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to confidently collaborate with management and various departments within the firm
Nice to have
- 3-5 years legal/compliance experience in the financial services industry
- law firm or prior regulatory experience a plus
Skills
- Conduct legal and compliance reviews of data providers and artificial intelligence tools
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is expected to be $190,000 to $200,000.
