Requirements

  • Intelligent, energetic and goal-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong organizational skills, close attention to detail and the ability to keep thorough and precise records
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency
  • J.D. degree required
  • Experience with data licensing, AI/data governance, and securities regulation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to confidently collaborate with management and various departments within the firm

Nice to have

  • 3-5 years legal/compliance experience in the financial services industry
  • law firm or prior regulatory experience a plus

Skills

  • Conduct legal and compliance reviews of data providers and artificial intelligence tools

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is expected to be $190,000 to $200,000.
