As a lawyer at Alaro, you'll help shape what an AI-native law firm looks like in practice
This is a highly visible role: your work will directly influence client outcomes, business growth, and how quickly we can scale high-quality legal delivery.

Matter Support: Support matters across corporate and commercial matters, drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents with supervision from a senior lawyer.
Team collaboration: Collaborate closely with legal colleagues to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes, share learnings, and raise the bar across the team.
Product partnership: Partner with engineering and operations to advance our delivery model and tooling, turning real matter feedback into better systems that compound our impact.
Playbook building: Standardize and codify recurring work into templates, precedents, and playbooks that improve consistency and speed without losing judgment.

We own matters end-to-end, act as trusted counsel, and communicate clearly on risk and tradeoffs.

Are a practicing attorney (3+ years of relevant post J.D. experience) in Big Law and/or in-house, with strong capability across both corporate and commercial matters.
Understand commercial objectives and dynamics, and you can translate complex legal issues into clear, practical recommendations.
