Responsibilities
- In this hands-on role, you'll be the technical expert who ensures critical building systems run smoothly and efficiently every day.
- You'll diagnose problems before they become emergencies, optimize equipment performance to save energy costs, and maintain the safe, comfortable environments that enable our clients' businesses to thrive.
- This position offers the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise across multiple building systems while working with cutting-edge equipment in premier commercial.
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire safety, and building controls to ensure optimal performance and compliance with applicable standards.
- You'll perform preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing components to maximize equipment efficiency and extend system life.
- Recording equipment readings, monitoring system performance, and making necessary adjustments to maintain proper operation while identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Demonstrating technical expertise in your primary craft area while applying multi-skilled knowledge across other building systems to complete diverse work assignments efficiently.

- EPA 608 Type II Certification (minimum) for refrigerant handling
- Work Shift: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM This position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Compensation
- 66,400.00 - 81,400.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
- Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
