Responsibilities
- Strong SQL skills - you're comfortable writing queries to answer your own questions without waiting on a data team
- able to build and maintain dashboards independently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth fintech/startup environment
- Demonstrated track record of owning cross-functional projects from analysis through execution
- Experience translating business problems into functional requirements, user stories, or product specs for an engineering or development team
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Naturally curious about the numbers and willing to dig until you have an answer you trust
Nice to have
- Prior experience in consumer lending originations, underwriting, or direct marketing
- Familiarity with origination platforms and/or call center operations
- Compensation at Braviant is competitive and commensurate with experience.
- Background in financial services, consumer lending, or a closely adjacent industry preferred
