About the role
- Coordinates the development and updates of the short-term and long-range oil flow plan and income for the refinery
- major unit turnaround sequencing and duration

Responsibilities
- Trains and develops direct reports to ensure a capable and professional workforce
- Participates in the development of refinery management philosophy as well as supports and implements management policies and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or similar field of study with a strong business background required
- 15+ years of experience within a refining or petrochemical industry
- Line-management experience required
