Responsibilities

  • Apply civil design principles to support site grading, drainage design, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management solutions for renewable energy projects.
  • Work closely with civil engineers to interpret design intent and translate it into accurate CAD drawings.
  • Coordinate with electrical and structural teams to support multidisciplinary project execution.
  • Evaluate routine design alternatives for constructability, code compliance, and site challenges.
  • Support project teams in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work with increasing independence.
  • As a Designer II - Civil, you will join our growing civil engineering team and contribute to a variety of civil design projects.
  • The ideal candidate will work with moderate supervision to develop high-quality construction plans and technical exhibits using Civil 3D.
  • This role involves applying civil design principles, coordinating with engineers and other disciplines, and supporting project execution from concept through final deliverables.

Requirements

  • An associate or technical degree in CAD, civil engineering technology, or a related field is required.
  • Two to four years of experience in civil design with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with engineers and project teams.

Compensation

  • $73k-$85k
