About the role
- The Roofing Manager works closely with the site Foreman in order to ensure that all material, labour coordination/acquisition, pre-planning of work areas and clarification of installation methods are in place.

Responsibilities
- The ability to lead and motivate groups and individuals
- Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building's outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
- Establish and maintain client relationships and develop a high level of trust and credibility with clients, alliance partners, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Lead, manage, and support division staff in day-to-day and strategic activities.
- Attend meetings with Estimating, PM, Coordinator, and Foreman to perform a Post-Mortem on the project
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Commercial flat and sloped roofing
- Proficiency in MS office package
