Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and building repairs, including equipment testing, changing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, filters, ballasts, etc.
- Perform unscheduled maintenance calls, including routine plumbing emergencies, minor equipment malfunctions, hot/cold calls, electrical and lighting repairs, locksmith functions and minor structural repairs (ceiling, floor, door, etc.)
- Monitors building operational supplies and maintains cleanliness of storage areas.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements
- Self-starter, motivated, team player with the ability to prioritize work.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Skills
- Knowledge of and experience in mechanical concepts, HVAC principles, basic electrical, and basic plumbing.
- Evidence of mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good verbal, written communication and computer related skills.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Working knowledge of hand and power tool operation and safety.
- Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and a criminal background check.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to work independently and productively and to accept direction.
- Highly organized and excellent record keeping abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent level of education.
