  • Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
  • Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.

Compensation

  • $63,000 - $87,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).
  • Free to You Clinical Elevation - The road to independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) is simply part of your daily plan. You will receive no cost clinical supervision (for RCSWI, RMFTI, or RMHCI) built in your workday.
