About the role

  • Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Operations, the Associate Director of Strategic Operations will focus on driving operational rigor, scalability, and gross margin expansion across the business.
  • This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Lead strategic operational efficiency initiatives by diagnosing workflow, system, and cross-functional inefficiencies and designing scalable solutions.
  • Program Leadership: Own complex, cross-functional programs across Operations and adjacent teams (Product, Revenue, Finance, Clinical).
  • Business Case Development: Build business cases for automation, tooling improvements, vendor optimization, and process redesign.
  • Our AI-native platform helps us deliver personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care.

Nice to have

  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or strategic operations
  • top-tier consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • BA or BS in any field required
  • MBA strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • The target base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $184,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
  • We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
